Backorders:

If an item is on backorder the customer is notified and given two options. The first option is to hold the entire order and ship complete when the backordered item comes in. The second option is to ship all parts of an order that are in stock at the time of order entry and ship the backordered item separately once it comes in. We will automatically keep the order open and will fill and ship the order to the customer when the product is available.

Merchandise Returns:

Merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been used. We accept returns for products purchased from EDMAT that are listed in our current catalog and website. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase delivery to obtain a return authorization number. This number is required for return orders. Repack merchandise being returned and enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the return authorization number marked on it. Return shipments should be sent to:

Special order items are not returnable as they are typically built to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Damaged Items:

If an item is damaged or defective, contact EDMAT customer service to notify us of the problem. We will arrange to have the damaged item picked up or send a call tag and send out a replacement immediately.

We request that all damages and discrepancies be reported within 14 business days of receipt. After the 14th pay the return shipping charges. The 14 day period will be extended in the case of holidays or vacation.
